Shipping & Return Policy

All shipped goods, will be delivered using Australia Post, there will be an eParcel tracking number applied to each order. This will be provided by email or call our customer service team. 

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, We recommend placing orders by Friday, 16th December. While we’ll do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and cannot be guaranteed. We encourage placing your order as early as possible to avoid any delays.

During the period of December 21st to January 5th, we’ll be operating with minimal coverage. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. Due to the nature of our product, returns and refunds of product(s) are processed on a case by case basis.
