Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ banana
- ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- ½ tsp Melrose Essential C+ Immune*
- 1 tsp Melrose Coconut Cashew Butter
- ½ cup ice cubes, optional
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or your preferred consistency. Top with extra coconut and serve immediately.
