Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ avocado
- 150ml coconut cream
- 1 cup spinach, optional
- 1 teaspoon Melrose MCT Oil (Original, Pro Rapid, Pro Plus)
- 1 teaspoon Melrose Organic Flaxseed Oil
- 1 teaspoon Melrose Organic Essential Greens
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raw protein powder
- 1 tray ice
To serve
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Method:
Add water and chia seeds to the blender and let sit for 10 minutes for the chia seeds to go to work.
Add berries, avocado, coconut cream, spinach, MCT oil, flaxseed oil and ice and blend well. Add greens powder, cinnamon and protein and blend until thick but smooth. Pour into bowl and serve with toppings.
