Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen banana
- 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
- ½ cup vanilla yoghurt (dairy or coconut)
- 2 teaspoons Melrose Essential Greens Powder
Method:
Place banana, pineapple, yoghurt and Melrose Essential Greens Powder into a high powered blender and blend on medium-high speed until a smooth puree consistency has formed. Stop and scrape the sides of the blender as needed. If your blender has trouble blending, add a little more yoghurt.
Pour puree into individual pop moulds and allow to freeze completely for at least 4 hours before unmoulding. Serve frozen.
