Ingredients:
- 1 slice sourdough, or bread of choice
- ½ cup ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Melrose Essential Reds
- ½ cup fresh berries
- 2 tsp honey
Method:
- Place the bread in the toaster.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the ricotta, Essential Reds and honey.
- Spread the ricotta mixture on the toast and top with fresh berries and an extra drizzle of honey.
