Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen banana, chopped
- 1 fresh ripe pear, core removed, chopped
- 1 fresh ruby red pink grapefruit, skin removed and peeled
- 1 fresh lemon, skin removed
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 2 teaspoons Melrose Essential Greens Powder
- 2 tablespoons Melrose Macadamia and Cashew Nut Butter
- 2 Medjool dates, pips removed
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup ice (option)
Method:
Place banana, pear, grapefruit, lemon, spinach, Melrose Essential Greens Powder, Melrose Macadamia and Cashew Nut Butter, Medjool dates, coconut water and ice (if using) into a blender and blend on high speed until a smooth drinkable consistency has formed. Serve immediately.
