Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- ½ cup frozen or fresh cucumber
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 cup kale or spinach leaves
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
- 1 tbsp Melrose Organic Flaxseed Oil
- 2 tsp Melrose Organic Essential Greens
Method:
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend on medium–high speed until a smooth consistency is achieved. If your blender is struggling to blend, add extra coconut water.
Tips:
- If you do not have frozen pineapple or cucumber you can use fresh but also use 1 cup of ice in the smoothie for a nice cold and thicker consistency.
- If you cannot source coconut water, use filtered tap water instead.
