Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower “rice”
- ½ avocado, peeled & seed removed
- 1 tablespoon Melrose Going Faster MCT Oil
- 2 tablespoons chocolate plant-based or grass-fed whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
- 1 cup ice, optional
Method:
Place coconut milk and chia seeds in a blender and let sit for 10 minutes for the chia seeds to go to work.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.
Top with extra coconut flakes and cacao nibs and enjoy.
