Ingredients:
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 large white wrap
- 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 mini cucumbers (qukes)
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken (breast)
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 wedge of a lime
- 1/4 cup corn kernels (canned)
- 1/2 mango
- 1 teaspoon Essential Greens
- Pinch of salt
Method:
The idea is to assemble the bento box as a DIY, once the avocado is cut up and mashed we add a pinch of salt and essential greens, we give it a really good mix. Pop cherry tomatoes on top and assemble.
