Ingredients:
- 400g can chickpeas, drained
- 4 tablespoons probiotic natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons Melrose Unhulled Tahini
- 2 tablespoons Melrose Organic Sacha Inchi Oil
- 1 teaspoon roughly diced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Method:
To make hummus, place chickpeas, yoghurt, tahini, sacha inchi oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar in a small food processor, blend until smooth, taste and season with salt to your taste.
Garnish with a few extra chickpeas and a sprinkle of smoked paprika (optional).
