- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 kiwi fruit, skin removed
- ½ cup frozen or fresh mango
- 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
- 3cm knob ginger, skin peeled
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 1 tbsp Melrose Almond Butter
- 1–2 tsp Melrose Organic Essential Greens Pineapple
- 1 tsp Melrose Essential C+ Immune*
- 1 cup coconut water or filtered tap water
- 1 cup ice
- Handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
Place all ingredients into a high-powdered blender and blend on low speed for 30 seconds then increase to high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve.
