This snack is the perfect keto-friendly thing to throw together when you want something delicious and savoury, but you haven’t had a chance to prepare anything. Enjoy on it’s own or serve with your favourite low carb vegetables or low carb crackers if you desire.

Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Melrose MCT Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Place sesame seeds, salt and pepper on a plate and press the avocado half into the seeds, allowing them to stick.
2. Serve with a drizzle of MCT oil.
