Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of Melrose Organic Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Handful chopped parsley
- 1-2 cloves garlic crushed
- Sea salt and pepper (I use the Himalayan salt and pepper combo)
- Optional: add Melrose Organic Rice Syrup
Method:
Marinate three chicken thighs and four chicken wings.
Place all the ingredients into a plastic bag including the wings and thighs, wrap it all up and seal by tying the bag shut. Mix all of it around in the bag and place it in the fridge to marinate for 8-12 hours. Remove from fridge when you’re ready to cook.
Tips:
Make sure you use wings and thighs - good fats are important.
