- ¼ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp Melrose Essential Reds
- 750mL kombucha
- Ice, to serve
- Sliced citrus and mint leaves to garnish (optional)
Place warm water in bowl, add reds and stir well with fork or small whisk to remove lumps and for powder to fully dissolve. Divide between two pretty serving glasses, top with ice and pour over kombucha. It may fizz a little so do this slowly if so and wait for bubbles to die down. Garnish with fruit slices and mint leaves for a festive party vibe.
