These gummies are the adult answer to sour lollies, packed with fresh lemon juice and vitamin C, they are the perfect afternoon snack to chew on!

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 lemons, juiced
- 4 tsp Melrose Essential C + Immune*
- 4 tbsp gelatin
Method:
- Place ginger in a mug and pour over 125 mls (½ cup) of boiling water. Set aside.
- Place the lemon juice in a small pot and heat over a low heat.
- Drain the ginger brew into the pot, discarding the ginger pieces.
- Gently heat then stir in the Essential C + Immune powder.
- Stir in the gelatin and whisk vigorously until dissolved.
- Pour into a silicone ice cube tray and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
