These gummies are the adult answer to sour lollies, packed with fresh lemon juice and vitamin C, they are the perfect afternoon snack to chew on!

Method:

  • Place ginger in a mug and pour over 125 mls (½ cup) of boiling water. Set aside.
  • Place the lemon juice in a small pot and heat over a low heat.
  • Drain the ginger brew into the pot, discarding the ginger pieces.
  • Gently heat then stir in the Essential C + Immune powder.
  • Stir in the gelatin and whisk vigorously until dissolved.
  • Pour into a silicone ice cube tray and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
