Ingredients:
- ½ cup vanilla pea protein powder
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup cup desiccated coconut
- ¾ cup Melrose Almond Butter
- ¼ cup Melrose MCT Oil
- ¼ cup Melrose Coconut Oil
- ½ cup slivered almonds, roasted
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Method:
1. In a large bowl combine the protein powder, coconut flour, cacao powder and desiccated coconut and stir until no lumps remain.
2. In a small bowl combine the nut butter, coconut oil and MCT oil, stirring until smooth. Pour into the dry mixture and combine with your hands.
3. Stir in the almonds and chia seeds and press into a lined loaf tin. Place into the fridge or freezer until set.
4. Remove from the fridge and slice into 16 bars.
