Ingredients:
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 4 tablespoon Melrose Macadamia Spread
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup of ice
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- Sprinkle shredded coconut, cacao nibs or sliced almonds to serve (optional)
Method:
Place banana, macadamia spread, coconut milk, ice and cinnamon into to your blender and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Scoop nice cream out of blender and place in serving dish, top with things like shaved coconut, cacao nibs or sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
