Ingredients:
- ½ cup Melrose almond butter
- 2 tbsp Melrose MCT Oil
- 2 tbsp cacao butter, melted
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp powdered erythritol based sweetener
- ¼ cup almonds, sliced and roasted
- 30g dark chocolate (90%), melted
- 1 tsp flakey sea salt
Method:
1. In a bowl combine the almond butter, MCT oil, melted cacao butter, cacao powder and sweetener. Stir until no lumps remain, you can also do this in a small blender or food processor.
2. Pour into a mini muffin tin lined with paper cases, and sprinkle over roasted nuts. Set in the fridge for two hours.
3. When ready, drizzle the cups with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in the fridge.
