Spring Pesto Salad

Easy, delicious and super nutritious. This spring pesto salad ticks all the boxes for a balanced and healthy main meal or side salad with an added hit of hidden nutrients from Essential Greens.

In a large bowl combine zucchini, rocket and asparagus.

Add Super Green Pesto, ½ the walnuts and goats cheese, season and toss well to combine.

Serve into plates and top with remaining walnuts and cheese.
