- 1 – 2 tsp Melrose Organic Essential Greens
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup Frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp probiotic yoghurt*
- 1 kiwi fruit
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
