Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Melrose Essential C+ Immune*
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 orange, whole, skin peeled
- ยฝ lemon, whole, skin peeled
- 2 whole kiwi fruit
- ยผ cup probiotic coconut yoghurt
- 1 handful spinach leaves
- 10g ginger, grated
- Ice
