This creamy, thick and tasty smoothie is low on the carbs but full on the flavour with an added hit of MCT oil to give your energy levels a boost. Choc-full of healthy fats and berry antioxidants, this is the perfect smoothie to enjoy any time of day, keto or not.

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and  blend on medium – high speed until smooth.


Please ensure to refer to label when consuming Melrose MCT and Flaxseed Oils

Tips:

Swap Melrose Coco-Cashew for Melrose Almond or ABC Butters for a earthier, nuttier flavour
