Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Melrose Flaxseed Oil (or 1 tsp Melrose Fish Oil)
- 1.5 cups oat milk
- 1 cup frozen banana
- ยผ cup whole oats
- 1 tsp fresh turmeric, grated*
- ยผ cup probiotic coconut yoghurt
- 1 โ 2 tsp honey
- ยฝ tsp cinnamon
- Ice
