Muscle Protein Complex is a science-led formula combining collagen peptides, HMB and vitamin D3 to support muscle mass, strength, and bone integrity, especially in adults over 65 or those with active lifestyles.

As a lean guy who does a very physically demanding job, I always struggle to bulk up or even just keep the weight steady!
After couple of months of using this protein I can say confidently it does what it suppose to.
Just couple of suggestions: first, make the bigger size tub available . Second: make the smaller size tub head bigger or include a long handle scoop as it's pretty challenging to scoop out the bottom 🙏
Melrose. F.l exceeded my expectations by excellent communication, full transparency and fantastic speedy delivery.
Thank you n I'll be back for more
